Essential Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Maintenance/Cleaner to join our client based in Leicester due to continued growth. The ideal candidate must have similar experience, self-motivated and work under minimum supervision. This is a fantastic opportunity to join and expanding company on a temporary to permanent basis.

Pay Rate:

• £12.21 per hour

Hours of work:

• Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm

Daily Tasks:

• Carry out repairs and maintenance to the building, fixtures and fittings
• Carry out checks on the repairs
• Maintain grounds, furniture and equipment
• Perform general cleaning duties
• Maintain records of job carried out

Skills Required:

• Pervious experience in a similar roles
• Attention to detail
• Able to drive due to location
