Machine Operatives Wanted – Foston

We’re proud to be recruiting on behalf of Futaba Manufacturing UK – a long-established and respected automotive manufacturer based in Foston. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit Machine Operatives to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with a strong work ethic who are looking to develop a long-term career in manufacturing and engineering.

Pay Rates & Working Hours:

• Days: £12.62 per hour – 6am to 1:55pm
• Afters: £14.53 per hour – 3:20pm to 11:15pm
• Rotating shifts (Monday to Friday)
• Rates include shift allowance

Main Duties:

• Loading and unloading components onto machines
• Monitoring machines and maintaining smooth production flow
• Carrying out visual quality checks on finished products
• Working to production targets and daily schedules
• Following all Health & Safety procedures and site regulations

Skills & Experience Required:

• Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operating (preferred but not essential)
• Good attention to detail and a proactive attitude
• Flexible approach to working hours and overtime
• Must have access to transport (due to site location)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
