Machine Operative – South Normanton

Are you looking to start a new role where you can learn on the job and be part of a supportive team? We’re hiring Machine Operatives in South Normanton – no previous experience required!

Hours:
Monday to Thursday, 7:30am – 4:20pm | Early finish on Fridays!

Pay Rate: 
£12.76 basic and £18.32 after 39 hours

Contract type:
Temporary to permanent

Key responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor machinery to produce components to specification
• Set up machines for production runs, making adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
• Assemble parts using various tools and machines
• Carry out in-process quality checks
• Pack finished products securely for storage or dispatch
• Complete production paperwork and record output accurately
• Follow all health and safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
• Support with other general production tasks as needed
