Vacancy 1:

Machine Operative and Forklift Counterbalance Driver

Pay rate:

• £15.89 per hour
• Overtime paid at time and a third after 40 hours

Hours:

• Rotating Days & Nights
• 4-day working week – 3 x 12-hour shifts + 1 x 6-hour shift
• 33 days’ holiday from day one

Contract:

• Temp-to-perm opportunity

Duties of a Machine Operative and Forklift Counterbalance Driver will include:

• Operating machinery safely and efficiently
• Using a Counterbalance Forklift to move stock and materials
• Cleaning machinery and carrying out general housekeeping
• Moving stock and materials around the site
• Carrying out manual handling and heavy lifting
• Following site health and safety procedures

Essential: A valid accredited Counterbalance Forklift licence is required.

In-house licences are not accepted.

Yard Operative and Forklift Driver

Pay Rate:

• £13.45 per hour
• Overtime paid at time and a third after 40 hours

Hours:

• Monday to Friday – Days Only
• Flexible shift times:
  • 6am–2pm
  • 7am–3pm
  • 8am–4pm

Duties of a Yard Operative and Forklift Driver will include:

• Cleaning and maintaining the yard
• Operating a forklift to move stock and materials
• Carrying out general yard duties
• Keeping the yard clean, safe and organised
• Moving materials around the site safely
• Supporting the wider site team when required

Essential: A valid accredited forklift licence is required.
In-house licences are not accepted.
