Looking to kick-start your career in logistics, supply chain, or pharmaceutical operations? We’re recruiting for an exciting entry-level opportunity with a growing specialist business that supports the safe and compliant delivery of pharmaceutical products across the globe.

Working as part of a busy Project Team, you’ll help coordinate international shipments, manage essential documentation, and ensure temperature-controlled products reach their destinations safely and efficiently. This is a full-time, office-based role offering exposure to both office and operational environments, making it an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn, develop, and build a long-term career within a fast-paced industry.

 

Hours of work: 

  • Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

Hourly pay:

  • £13.74 per hour

Duties will include:

  • Help organise and track shipments from start to finish.
  • Support the delivery of important medical and clinical trial products worldwide.
  • Work closely with transport companies, warehouses, and customers to keep deliveries on schedule.
  • Complete and check shipping paperwork and records.
  • Ensure products are packaged and transported correctly, including temperature-controlled items.
  • Follow company procedures and report any issues to the management team.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Organised and able to keep track of details.
  • Confident communicating by phone and email.
  • Able to manage different tasks and work well in a busy environment.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Positive attitude and eager to learn new skills.
  • An interest in supply chain, transport or the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Previous experience in logistics, customer service or an office-based role is beneficial.
  • Any knowledge of shipping or international trade (not essential as full training will be provided).
