Insulation Cutting Operative – Days & Afters
Barnsley Town Centre
A small, well-established manufacturing company is currently looking for a career-driven Insulation Cutting Operative to join their friendly team. This role offers the opportunity to build a long-term career within the manufacturing industry, with ongoing training to help you develop your skills.
Pay rate:
- £13.37 per hour
Shift pattern:
- Week 1: Monday to Friday, 6am – 2.30pm
- Week 2: Monday to Friday, 1.30pm – 9.45pm
Benefits:

Main duties:
- Working with raw insulation materials
- Operating machinery when required
- Cutting insulation materials following stencils
- Removing excess material
- Carrying out other general duties when needed
Skills required:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production or workshop environment
- Positive attitude to work with strong attention to detail
- Ability to operate production equipment once trained
- Ability to meet targets and work to deadlines
