Wilko Head Office is looking to recruit a HR/ER Support Desk Advisor to join their very busy team.

The day to day role of HR Support Desk Advisor

 

  • Answering calls from Wilko’s employees with HR queries
  • Reading different polices overt he phone
  • Advising store managers
  • Other duties as required

 

The ideal Support Desk Advisor

 

  • Experience in HR/ER role is essential
  • Computer literate
  • Have an excellent communication skills
  • Willing to learn
  • Work well under pressure

 

The working hours are between 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week.

The pay will start at £8.50 per hour.

 

The role will initially start of temporary but after a successful completion of 12 weeks there will be opportunity for a permanent contract along with a potential pay increase.
