Adient Seating based in Burton upon Trent are currently looking to recruit a HR Campaigns & Communications Professional on a temporary ongoing basis for 12 months cover within their HR team.
You will play a crucial role supporting the HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of the processes. We are looking for dynamic and commercially minded professional with a passion for delivering impactful HR projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys driving change, developing people initiatives, and managing projects from design through to implementation and adoption.
Pay Rates:
- Up to £34,500 per annum
Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8am – 16:20pm (flexi time Friday when available)
- 39 hours per week

Daily Tasks:
- Delivering successful workplace campaigns from start to finish
- Delivering onboarding/inductions as well as off boarding/exit interviews.
- Understanding existing HR policies and assisting in updating and creating additional policies when required.
- Assisting and advising day-to-day employee matters such as Absence Management, Occupational Health cases, investigations, disciplines & grievances.
- Maintain in-house HR systems when required.
- Ad-hoc day to day HR admin and filing tasks.
Skills Required:
Ideal candidate would have a proven track record of delivering successful workplace campaigns and promotions regarding the following topics:
- Wellbeing – including creating wellbeing committee and coordinating “Thrive” initiative in conjunction West Midlands local authority.
- Assist with creating communication strategies.
- Assist with creating a Corporate and Social Responsibility strategy
- Engaging with local community and charity projects
- Delivering Change culture – working with management team and shop floor workers
- Continue to promote existing Reward & Recognition and Employee Relations initiatives.
- Have strong digital communication and visual presentation skills to create the most positive impact on the above topics.
- CIPD Level 3 Qualified
- HR legislative understanding/knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive mind-set
