Helpline Advisor needed in Worksop S81!

We are currently recruiting for a compassionate and understanding Helpline Advisor to join a busy charity helpline supporting with Kidney-related health issues, based in Worksop S81 on a permanent contract. This would be an immediate start after a successful interview!

We’re keen to speak to you if you’ve worked within an Administrator, Customer Service Advisor, Office Assistant, Call Centre Advisor or Healthcare Support role. If you have any previous healthcare/NHS experience or understanding of Kidney-related health issues this would be desirable.

Main Duties of a Helpline Advisor:

• Answering both telephone and email correspondence
• Speaking with helpline users providing clear and accurate information
• Working with databases and inputting information onto systems
• Supporting users of the service
• Responding to enquiries and taking over the phone payments

About the role:

• Monday to Thursday 8am-5:30pm and Friday 8:30am-12:30pm
• 36 hours per week
• £25,500 per annum
• Permanent position

What We’re Looking for in a Helpline Advisor:

• Previous administration/office experience is required
• For this role you must be happy answering the phone, working with databases, and working with computers
• Due to the nature of the role, candidates must be compassionate and understanding – previous healthcare/NHS experience or understanding of Kidney-related health issues is desirable
