We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Goods In/Out Operative to join a busy logistics team in Doncaster. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and reliable individual to become part of a growing business.

As a Warehouse Goods In/Out Operative you will be responsible for the receipt, storage, movement and dispatch of goods, ensuring products are handled safely, accurately and efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service and stock control.

To be successful for this Goods In/Out Operative role, we are ideally looking for previous warehouse, logistics or goods-in/goods-out experience. We’re keen to speak to you if you are currently working or have previously worked within a Warehouse Operative, Goods In Operative, Goods Out Operative or similar warehouse role.

Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday / 8:30am – 5pm

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Duties of a Warehouse Goods In/Out Operative:

• Receiving, checking and storing incoming deliveries.
• Unloading and moving stock using a forklift truck and pallet truck.
• Picking, packing and palletising orders ready for dispatch.
• Managing goods-in and goods-out paperwork.
• Monitoring stock levels and reporting any discrepancies.
• Conducting stock counts and inventory checks.
• Preparing kits and boxed products to specification.
• Ensuring products are stored in the correct locations.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Supporting other departments as required to meet business needs.
• Following all Health & Safety procedures and company policies.

Skills required for this Warehouse Goods In/Out Operative:

• Valid Forklift Counterbalance License (advantage)
• Previous warehouse, logistics or goods-in/goods-out experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills.
• Reliable, hardworking and self-motivated.
