General Operative, Somercotes

We’re looking for reliable, hands-on General Operatives to join busy and well-established teams in Somercotes.

These roles are perfect for individuals who enjoy practical work, want to learn new skills, and are looking for long-term or permanent opportunities.

Pay rates:

• Up to £12.81 per hour

Hours:

Choose either:

Day Shift:

• Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm:

Afternoon shift:

• Monday to Wednesday: 2:00pm – 12:20am
• Thursday: 2:00pm – 11:05pm

Duties:

• Working hands-on within a production environment
• Moving and preparing materials for different departments
• Quality checking finished products
• Supporting general operations and production tasks
• Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
• Learning new processes and supporting across teams as you develop
