General Labourer with Pre cast Experience (Temp to Perm)

Location: DN5

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Salary: £13.08ph

We are currently seeking a concrete caster with a background in construction to join our team on a temp to perm basis. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role that will require you to muck in and support various tasks across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Support: Assist in the daily operation of the site, including loading and unloading materials, moving equipment, and helping other team members where required.
• Material Handling: Use your skills and experience to help shift and position materials in a safe and efficient manner.
• Site Organisation: Clear up debris, ensure the site remains tidy, and help maintain a safe working environment for everyone on-site.
• Team Collaboration: Muck in with other workers, whether it’s fetching and carrying tools, moving heavy items, or assisting with other duties to keep the workflow moving smoothly.
• General Labouring: Participate in any other tasks as directed, from basic manual handling to assisting with more technical jobs if needed.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in construction or as casting operative.
• Flexibility: Must be willing to muck in and help out with any job, large or small.
• Work Ethic: Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude toward helping out where needed.
• Team Player: Ability to work well with others, whether it’s lending a hand or managing tasks on your own.
