Warehouse Operative and Counterbalance Forklift Driver – Burton on Trent

Essential Recruitment are currently looking to recruit Warehouse Operatives and Counterbalance Drivers due to continued growth and expansion at a company in Burton. The ideal candidate must have a good eye for detail, be self-motivated, and able to work under minimum supervision. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding company on a temporary to permanent basis.

Daily Tasks:

• Loading and unloading
• Operating Counterbalance trucks
• Working in a small team
• Packing items
• Use of cardboard compactors and shrink wrap machines
• Moving pallets and stock around the warehouse

Skills Required:

• Experience operating a Forklift Counterbalance truck – must hold a licence (in-house accepted, assessment on site)
• Experience within a similar role would be advantageous
• Strong attention to detail

Hours of Work:

• Monday to Friday, 6am – 2pm

Pay Rate:

• £13.69 per hour
