Pay rates:

  • Days: £12.35 per hour
  • Nights: £12.45 per hour
  • After 12 weeks: £15.08 per hour
  • Overtime: Up to £25.62 per hour

 

Shifts:

  • 4 on, 4 off rotation
  • 6am – 6pm or 6pm – 6am

Your duties as a Mixing Operative:

  • Mix ingredients for sauces and seasonings following recipes
  • Operate production lines safely and efficiently
  • Pack and label finished products to quality standards
  • Perform quality checks throughout the process
  • Maintain cleanliness and report any machinery issues

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous production experience is helpful but not essential
  • A great attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet during shifts
