Food Production Operatives – Afters – Monk Bretton

A highly established business in Monk Bretton, is looking for experienced Food Production Operatives to join their friendly, expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment with full-time hours and guaranteed ongoing work.

Details:

• £14.50 per hour
• Monday to Friday, 12pm – 9pm (weekends off)
• Immediate starts available
• Ongoing work with guaranteed full-time hours
• Work for a highly established and growing company

Main Duties:

• Working in a chilled production environment (8°C+)
• Weighing ingredients and mixing products by hand (gloves provided)
• Handling up to 200+ different sandwich fillings
• Operating and filling machines when required
• Cleaning down production areas, floors, and equipment
• De-boxing ingredients and performing manual handling tasks
• Conducting visual inspections of ingredients and finished products
• Ensuring all health, safety, and hygiene policies are strictly followed

Skills Required:

• Previous experience in a food production environment is essential
• Positive ‘can-do’ attitude and reliability
• Good timekeeping and ability to work to deadlines
• Physically fit for manual handling tasks
• Excellent attention to detail and quality
