Food Production Operatives – Afters
Our Client based in the Monk Bretton area is on the lookout for an experienced Food Production Operative to grow with their friendly expanding team.
Key Details:
- Working for a highly established business
- Immediate starts available
- Ongoing work
- Guaranteed full time hours
- Monday to Friday, 2pm – 10pm (weekends off)
- Pay : £14.50 per hour
Main duties of the job:
- Working in a chilled environment (8C+)
- Weighing ingredients
- Digging and mixing products by hand (gloves provided)
- Working in a fast paced environment
- Mixing up to 200+ different sandwich fillings
- Filling machines when required
- Cleaning down the production room, floor and equipment
- De-boxing of ingredients
- Manual handling
- Visual inspection of ingredients and finished products
- Ensure health, safety and hygiene polices are being followed at all times.
Skills Required
- Positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Experience working within a food environment would be essential.
- You must be reliable and have good timekeeping
- Candidates must be physically fit and able to work to deadlines
- Excellent eye for detail and quality
