Forklift Reach Driver, Barnsley

We are currently looking for an experienced Forklift Reach Driver to join a friendly, growing company based in the Hoyland area of Barnsley.

In this role you will be putting stock away at height using a forklift, as well as assisting with general warehouse duties such as picking, shrink wrapping and palletising. We’re looking for someone with previous warehouse and forklift experience.

Immediate starts are available and you will be working towards a long-term career within a local, fast growing business.

Pay Rate:

• £13.50 per hour
• Overtime available, paid at time and a half

Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 7am – 3:30pm

Duties of a Forklift Driver:

• Use of FLT Reach truck to put stock away at height up to 11m high
• Picking orders from height using a pick sheet
• Shrink wrapping, palletising and preparing orders for despatch
• Loading and unloading as and when required
• Assisting with yard duties and movement of stock around the warehouse
• Various other warehouse and manual duties when required

Experience required:

• Previous Warehouse & Forklift Reach experience will be required
• Physically fit due to manual handling of orders
• Positive attitude towards work and learning new skills
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work within a busy warehouse
