Are You an Experienced Sewing Machinist local to Heanor?
An expanding manufacturer within the Heanor area are looking for an experienced Sewing Machinist with lockstitch experience to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis, with an immediate start available.
The role of a Sewing Machinist involves sewing and working with heavy-duty industrial materials, so experience working with thicker, heavier fabrics and materials would be advantageous.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:00pm
- Friday: 7:30am – 1:00pm
Pay Rate:
- £12.71 per hour
- Rising to £13.35 per hour after 12 weeks

Requirements of a Sewing Machinist:
- Previous Sewing Machinist experience
- Lockstitch sewing experience
- Ability to sew heavy-duty industrial materials
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and hardworking attitude
- Ability to work to quality standards
