Due to recent promotions, our Barnsley branch is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Recruitment Consultant with proven experience to join our friendly team.

You know that no two days in recruitment are the same, but you can expect to be… 

• Screening candidates
• Interviewing candidates
• Utilising social media to advertise roles
• Liaising with clients and building successful working relationships, along with providing excellent customer service
• Growing our existing client base, by upselling, and business development to other local companies
• Completing regular review meetings with clients along with onsite
• Completing check-ins where required
• Taking our on-call service on a rota basis

Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm, however due to the nature of recruitment, some flexibility is required! You will also be taking our on-call phone home with you on a rota basis.

Pay:

• Up to £30,000 per year (Negotiable on Experience)
• In addition to salary, currently our Consultants are earning between £5,000 – £10,000 per year in bonus – however this is uncapped, so what you earn is up to you!

Requirements:

• Some experience in recruitment – if you do not have this, but are interested in learning, we can offer this role as a trainee position, so please still get in touch!
• A driving license / your own vehicle
