Experienced Machine Operatives, Worksop

We are seeking experienced Machine Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing facility in Worksop. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to progress into more skilled machine-operating roles within a supportive and forward-thinking organisation.

Pay and Benefits

• £14.44 per hour for the first 12 weeks
• £15.28 per hour after 12 weeks, plus quarterly bonus

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating shifts: Days, Afters, Nights
• Days – 6am to 2pm, Nights – 10pm to 6am, Afters – 2pm to 10pm
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week

Role Overview

You will work on an automated production line, using hand tools and completing key stages of the IBC manufacturing process. Responsibilities include operating machinery, monitoring production output, and performing quality checks. This role is suited to operatives who are ready to develop their skills and take on more technical machine-running duties.
