Experienced Assembler, Ripley

Are you an experienced assembler looking for a new challenge? We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturer in Ripley and are looking for someone with assembly experience who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in producing high-quality products!

The Role

As an Experienced Assembler, your duties will include:

• Assembling aluminium profiles to create bespoke products
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Measuring and cutting aluminium to the correct lengths
• Using a variety of hand tools
• Manual handling of materials
• Supporting the production team with other duties as required

Hours & Pay:

Working Hours:

• Monday – Wednesday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
• Thursday – Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm

Pay: £13.45 per hour

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for candidates who have:

• Previous assembly experience (e.g. shop fitting, frame assembly, toolmaking or mechanical assembly)
• Experience using hand tools
• The ability to carry out heavy lifting and manual handling
• Good Maths and English skills to accurately read engineering drawings
• A positive attitude and excellent attention to detail
