We are recruiting Electrical Assembly Operatives to join a busy and well‑established site in Mansfield.
No previous experience is required — full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for anyone looking to learn new skills and develop within a manufacturing environment.
Key Duties
- Assembling small components and parts
- Using hand tools and basic equipment
- Following written instructions and diagrams
- Carrying out quality checks on finished products
- Packing completed items ready for dispatch
- Keeping the work area clean and organised
- Working towards daily production targets
- Reporting any faults or issues to a supervisor
