Dispatch Operative with Forklift Licence, Harworth DN11

Location: Harworth, DN11

Pay: £12.21 per hour (pay rise potential upon full training)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Full-Time | Temp to Perm Opportunity

About the Role:

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Operative with FLT experience to join our team in Harworth. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that values internal growth, offers long-term prospects, and encourages learning across multiple departments.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:

• Packing and preparing finished products for shipment
• Labelling boxes and printing labels to specification
• Working closely with the dispatch team to meet daily targets
• Occasional order picking using printed pick sheets
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Progressing into other production areas and cross-training over time

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment
• Valid FLT licence or proven experience operating a forklift
• A good level of attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Any previous experience soldering or working with electrical components is a big plus!
