Part Time Customer Service Advisor, Sheffield

Looking for a part-time role offering flexible hours?

A company local to the Chapeltown area of Sheffield, who specialise in tabletop games, are expanding due to growth and looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their small friendly team.

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be handling and investigating customer queries, providing regular updates and liaising with other departments. We are ideally looking for someone from a Customer Service Advisor background, if you are comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and are a friendly, chatty, bubbly person then this role would be perfect for you!

Hours: Flexible working hours, part time / Starts from 9:30am / Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Duties of a Customer Service Advisor:

• Handling of customer queries via phone calls and emails
• Logging tickets from any customer queries
• Learning of company’s current/new products
• Completing investigations of missing components, updating system records & liaising with other departments
• Providing customers with regular updates regarding prices, products and order enquiries
• Use of bespoke computer system
• Managing email inboxes in priority order
• Providing product knowledge (training given)

Skills required for this Customer Service Advisor role:

• Own transport is ideally due to the location
• Candidates must be computer literate
• Must be able to uses their own initiative
• Comfortable speaking on the phone to customers
• Previously come a customer service background
