Customer Experience Specialist, Barnsley

We are currently looking for a bubbly, professional individual to join a fast-growing company in Barnsley. You will be joining a team that prides itself on excellence in both customer service and product knowledge. Details:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
• £13.84 per hour
• Great public transport access
• No weekends!

• Temp to permanent role

Duties:

• Communicating with retailers, contractors, and the public via phone and email while providing excellent customer service
• Providing customers with order updates proactively at all times
• Dealing with customer queries and providing detailed product knowledge (training provided)
• Working on computers and internal systems, including Sage (training provided)
• Liaising with other departments as needed
• Various other duties as required

Requirements:

• Bubbly, bright, and personable personality would be desired
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Office, or Administration would be essential
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
• Computer literate
• Excellent customer service skills
• Adaptable to changing tasks based on business needs
• Strong communication skills & keen eye for detail
