Counterbalance Forklift Driver, Codnor Ripley

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy operation based in Ripley, Codnor. In this role you will be moving stock around the site and safely loading and unloading vehicles using a forklift truck, as well as supporting with warehouse and production duties when required.

If you have a valid counterbalance forklift truck licence that’s been refreshed in the last 3 years, we’d love to hear from you (in-house and externally accredited licences accepted)!

Shift Pattern (Rotating):

• 6:00am to 2:00pm
• 2:00pm to 10:00pm
• 10:00pm to 6:00am

Duties of a Counterbalance Forklift Driver Include:

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Moving materials and stock throughout the site
• Supporting warehouse and production operations
• Following all health and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence
• Licence must have been refreshed within the last 3 years
• In-house and externally accredited licences are accepted
• Previous Counterbalance driving experience
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Able to work a rotating shift pattern

Training:

• Initial training will be completed on the day shift before moving onto the rotating shift pattern.
