Cleaner, Hoyland Barnsley

We are currently recruiting a Cleaner on a temporary ongoing basis to join a family run company based in Hoyland, Barnsley. This job involves cleaning the office, toilet and kitchen/canteen areas. We’re looking for someone with previous cleaning experience. If you have previously worked as a Cleaner please apply today!

Pay Rate:

• £12.71 per hour

Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 7.30am – 2pm

Main duties of a Cleaner:

• Carrying out daily cleaning duties of internal and external buildings
• Daily cleaning of office, toilets, kitchen & canteen area’s
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting and hoovering of work areas in accordance with daily, weekly & monthly schedules
• Routinely carrying out adhoc deep cleaning to ensure overall upkeep is completed to highest of standard
• Ensuring all touch points are cleaned thoroughly
• Use of chemicals and cleaning equipment to ensure completed to highest standard
• Replacing and disposing of any rubbish and keeping walkway area’s clear
• Managing & re-stocking of cleaning supplies and re-ordering wherever needed
• Other general duties, as and when required

Skills Required:

• Previous cleaning experience would be essential
• Must be able to use own initiative and a keen eye for detail
• Candidate must be reliable and have good timekeeping
• Must be physically fit due to the nature of the role
• Confident working with cleaning detergents and chemicals if needed
