£24,000 – £30,000 per annum (DOE)

Due to our continued growth and success we are now looking to recruit a Business Development Representative to join our team.

This is an integral role to support our company during this time of growth.

The role will be based between our Barnsley and Rotherham offices so your own driving license and car is a must.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Identify potential new clients through research and cold calling
  • Door to door B2B sales
  • Proactively scanning the market for networking opportunities
  • Being accountable for hitting monthly sales KPIs & call volumes
  • Generating leads and opportunities to create and maintain a sustainable Sales Pipeline
  • Converting pipeline opportunities into real business as per agreed targets
  • Grow successful relationships with decision makers, developing a good understanding of their business strategy and culture
  • Handing new contracts over efficiently to the branch network
  • Support new branch openings
  • Use of internal CRM


Experience and Skills:

  • Experience of working within a sales environment
  • Good understanding of how to identify customer needs
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Good track record of delivering results and working towards sales targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Natural and confident communicating with people at all levels


Our office working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am until 5pm.
