Bakery Operative, Rotherham

We are looking for Bakery Operatives for a family orientated client based in the Parkgate, Rotherham area to start immediately, with long term work available.

Pay Rate:

• Pay depending on experience

Hours:

• Sunday to Friday
• Starts from 6:00am

Duties:

• Using a Oddy machine for baking goods
• Removing baked products from ovens and putting them onto cooling trays
• Packing, labelling and prepping goods for despatch
• Cleaning down the production room, packing areas and factory equipment
• De-boxing & manual handling of products
• Visual inspection and quality control of baked products
• Loading and unloading of delivery’s
• Ensure health, safety and hygiene polices are being followed at all times

Requirements:

• Experience working within a food environment would be a benefit not essential
• Previous experience using an Oddy machine is beneficial
• Must be reliable and have good timekeeping
• Must be okay with heavy lifting
• Able to work to deadlines
• Excellent eye for detail and quality
