Bakery Assistant, Rotherham

We are looking for a Bakery Assistant for a family orientated client based in the Parkgate, Rotherham area to start immediately, with long term work available.

This role offers flexible start & finish times in the afternoons, for 30 hours per week between Monday to Friday.

Pay Rate:

• £12.71 per hour

Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• Flexible start & finish times in the afternoons
• 4 shifts a week
• 30 hours per week

Duties:

• Removing baked products from ovens and putting them onto cooling trays
• Packing, labelling and prepping goods for despatch
• Cleaning down the production room, packing areas and factory equipment
• De-boxing & manual handling of products
• Visual inspection and quality control of baked products
• Loading and unloading of delivery’s
• Ensure health, safety and hygiene polices are being followed at all times

Requirements:

• Experience working within a food environment would be a benefit not essential
• Must be reliable and have good timekeeping
• Must be okay with heavy lifting
• Able to work to deadlines
• Excellent eye for detail and quality
