Automotive Service Advisor

Location: Chesterfield

Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 4:30pm

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Contract: Temp to Perm

 

We are looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to join a busy automotive team in Chesterfield.

This role is ideal for someone with previous garage and motor trade experience, supporting service bookings and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Duties:

  • Managing the garage and service bookings
  • Coordinating vehicle movements and processes
  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Use Microsoft Office and booking systems
  • Support general admin tasks
  • Problem-solve to keep operations efficient

 

Skills Needed:

  • Must have previous vehicle or motor trade experience
  • Previous admin experience is essential
  • Confident IT skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude
