Adient based in Burton upon Trent who manufacture automotive seating are now looking to recruit Line Operatives, due to continued growth and expansion.

The ideal candidate must have a good eye for detail, a flexible approach to work and be able to work under minimum supervision in return you will be offered a role with constant training and development, gaining perm employment after 12 weeks along with a competitive pay and over time rates.

Pay Rates:

• £14.51 per hour not including overtime payments and bonuses

Hours:

• Days: 05:54 – 14:20 Monday – Friday
• Lates: 15:14 – 23:40 Monday – Friday
• Rotates weekly

Daily Tasks:

• Operating production line equipment
• Assembling goods on a production line
• Follow safe working practices, safety instructions and safety procedures
• Ensure work environments are kept clean and tidy

Skills Required:

• Previous experience within production environment and/or in the automotive sector is desired however training is provided
• A flexible approach to work / overtime
