We are currently recruiting for Automotive Line Operatives to join a local company based in Burton on Trent. This is a fantastic temporary to permanent opportunity with a well-established manufacturer of automotive seating. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are looking for motivated individuals to join their production team.

The ideal Automotive Line Operative will have a keen eye for detail, a flexible approach to work, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. In return, you will receive ongoing training and development, competitive pay and the opportunity for permanent employment after 12 weeks.

Pay rate:

• £14.95 per hour (excluding overtime and bonus payments)

Hours of work (Rotating weekly shifts):

• Monday to Friday. Days: 05:54 – 14:20
• Monday to Friday. Lates: 15:14 – 23:40

Daily tasks:

• Operating production line equipment
• Assembling goods on a production line
• Following safe working practices, instructions, and procedures
• Ensuring work areas are kept clean and tidy

Skills required:

• Previous experience within a production or automotive environment is desirable (However training is provided)
• A flexible approach to work and overtime
