Assembly Operative, Sheffield

A manufacturing company based in Ecclesfield, Sheffield are looking for 10 Assembly Operatives to join their busy team on a temporary ongoing basis.

Pay Rate:

• £12.71 per hour
• Increasing to £14.15 per hour once training is completed

Hours:

• Monday to Thursday
• 6am – 3.30pm

Main duties of an Assembly Operative:

• Working on a busy production line
• Assembling of parts and components by hand at a fast paced
• Carrying out various production processes by hand
• Use of power tools to assemble products together when needed
• Ensuring all processes are carried out thoroughly
• Adhering to H&S policies and procedures on site
• Other duties, as and when required

Skills Required:

• Previous experience working in an Assembly Operative or similar assembly position would be essential
• Must have a positive attitude to work, good attention to detail
• Candidate must have reliable transport to arrive for start time
• Ability to meet targets and work to deadlines
• Candidate must be reliable and have good work ethic
