7.5 Tonne Driver, Sheffield S9

As a 7.5 Tonne Driver, you’ll be involved in residential and commercial removals, specialist transport projects, and relocation services across the UK. This is an active role combining driving with manual handling, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy physical work and working as part of a team.

Duties:

As a 7.5 Tonne Driver, your duties will include:

• Driving a 7.5T vehicle to customer sites nationwide
• Assisting with residential and commercial removals
• Loading and unloading vehicles safely
• Moving furniture, equipment, and specialist items
• Completing vehicle checks and paperwork
• Working alongside movers and drivers as part of a team
• Supporting larger commercial relocation projects
• Occasional overnight stays when required

Skills Needed:

To be considered for this 7.5 Tonne Driver role, you will need:

• Valid Category C1 (7.5T) licence
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Good level of physical fitness
• Flexible approach to working hours
• Removals experience preferred but not essential
• Maximum of minor endorsement points considered
• No drink or drug driving convictions
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
