Due to continued increase in business we now have a requirement for a Sales Manager to work in a well known construction company

Requirements –

  • Call existing customers with expired training and follow the Sales Cycle
  • Regular contact with existing customers to generate additional monthly product and training orders
  • Ensuring your monthly personal targets from your pipeline are met as a minimum
  • Produce quotes and drawings for existing customers
  • Make sure contact details on GM are up to date.
  • Quote training to customers.
  • Keep your pipeline up to date and keep in constant contact with customers.
  • When booking appointments make sure they are logged on GM and both diaries are always filled in and kept up to date
  • Meet and greet guests coming to site and make drinks for them.
  • Respond to queries and complaints
  • Follow the sales process when quoting and securing orders.
  • Using the office diary and wall boards to organise the trainers’ day to day schedule and keeping long journeys and overnight stays to a minimum where possible.
  • Meet and greet delegates coming for training or visitors, sign them in, show where facilities are etc
  • Arrange lunch for delegates and Trainer, clean up afterwards
  • Update all competency tests onto GM and Excel
  • Post out competency cards to customers
  • Complete regular audits of the company trainers
  • Keeping and collating test papers and administrating competency cards

About you –

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential
