Temp Of The Month – January 2018

Our Temp of the Month for January is Curtis Clayton!

Curtis has been working for our Doncaster branch.

“He is the longest standing temp at his current place of work, he has been there from the start, never had a day off and all the supervisors and team leaders all love his work ethic. He always offers to do over time, first in and last out for his shift. “

We wish you all the best of luck for the future, Curtis, and thank you for representing Essential Recruitment in the best light possible!

Other nominations:

Chesterfield: Andrew Haywood – Waste Operative
“Andy has kind of become a temp that is a role model and influencer. He has bought issues to our attention constructively – and because of these issues – he has become a ‘father figure’ to the younger temps when it was a bit volatile on site. Always attends on time and stays a little later if needed. The client really likes him and is impressed.”

Ripley: Adrian Warne – Production Operative

“Adrian has worked on a few contracts for us, he has only had 2 days off since he started working for us just shy of a year ago – he does over time and is always on time – Adrian is a temp you never hear from but for good reasons because he’s no trouble at all, but when you do deal with him he’s a pleasure. “

Long Eaton: Daniel Baker  – General Operative
“He has never had a day off and his communication with the branch is brilliant. Client sings his praises and is an excellent representation of Essential Recruitment “
