“I just want to take this opportunity to say thank you for all you have done. Essential Recruitment is the first agency I have worked for and what a great job you do. You got me work at School Blazer over the summer and a few weeks in the New Year, it is such a pity it is not permanent because it is a lovely place to work. After being out of work for so many years, you have gave me the chance and confidence to get back out there.”

Meet your consultant:
Dani Cross, Recruitment Consultant
I am Dani Cross, a Recruitment Consultant at the Mansfield Branch.
January 2015 was a big turning point for me when I began my career at Essential as a Recruitment Administrator. Under the helpful guidance of fellow colleagues and management, I quickly progressed into the position of a Recruitment Consultant.
Before working at Essential I was an admin apprentice at a care company however desired something more fast paced, and recruitment is definitely that!
Out of work I’m a big fitness junkie and attend my local Crossfit box (Crossfit 17 Mansfield) 4 -5 times per week, I also did Tough Mudder in 2017 which was a crazy experience! I feel like recruitment and Crossfit go hand in hand, Crossfit is about continually improving and smashing through your comfort zone and recruitment is just the same and that’s what I love about it.
