Statutory Maternity Pay, Statutory Paternity Pay & Statutory Adoption Pay are all due to increase to £135.45 in April 2012 (currently £128.73).

Statutory Sick Pay will increase to £85.85 (currently £81.60) in April 2012.

Compensation Payments

The maximum compensatory award which an employment tribunal can make in an unfair dismissal claim will increase to £72,300 (currently £68,400) from 1 February 2012.
